This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not investigating into the offences filed under FIR No.267 of 2018, dt.22.11.2018, and in not filing final report/charge sheet.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the application filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C is pending before the concerned court; that the investigation is in progress; and that the respondent police will be able to complete the investigation and file appropriate report within three months.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file necessary report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
