HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.2421 of 2015 ORDER:

Admittedly, petitioner does not have the trade licence, which resulted in closure of the subject premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded this aspect of the matter.

The petitioner is given one week time from today to apply for grant of trade licence after paying the requisite fee and upon submission of the application, the respondent passes orders within a further period of one week in accordance with law. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
