HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24643 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite his complaint dated 04.07.2017 to respondent No.3 as against respondent Nos.4 to 15, no action has been taken. Hence the writ petition Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been registered as FIR.No.150 of 2017 on 26.07.2017 on the file of Dharmasagar Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 323 read with 149 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondents shall cause investigation, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
