This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to receive and process application for building permission to an extent of 127.5 square yards situated at Ramnagar, Zamistanpur and Municipality, Hyderabad District, as it is not accompanied with Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive and process the application for building permission without insisting for Town Survey Land Record Certificate and No Objection Certificate. Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

At the time of hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.6068 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by learned standing counsel. Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 11.03.2015 in W.P.No.6068 of 2015 directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a building in accordance with the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Building Rules and Regulations made thereunder without insisting on production of "No Objection Certificate" from the Revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
