THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos.9979, 9997, 9980 and 10049 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

These four writ petitions are identical and questioned the rowdy sheet opened against the respective petitioners.

Earlier, the respective petitioners along with one Pradeep Kumar Singh @ Deepak had filed a common W.P.No.39666 of 2014 questioning the rowdy sheets opened against them and during the hearing it was specifically clarified that the said writ petition will be confined to the 1st petitioner though the writ petition was filed on behalf of the five different individuals against whom rowdy sheets are opened and single writ petition of this nature cannot be entertained. Accordingly, quashed the rowdy sheet opened against the 1st petitioner therein and liberty was given to the other petitioners therein to file separate writ petitions. Subsequently, the present four writ petitions are filed by each of the petitioners.

The grounds raised in the present petitions are similar to the grounds raised in support of the W.P.No.39666 of 2014.

Learned Government Pleader has filed counter affidavits and it is clear from the said counter affidavit that the petitioners are not found in any fresh cases and the grounds on which earlier W.P.No.39666 of 2014 was allowed are squarely applicable to this case also.

In the circumstances, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the order dated 11.03.2015 in W.P.No.39666 of 2014. Office to attach copy of the said order along with these writ petitions.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
