VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.119510F 2024 ORDER:(ORAL) I I This writ'petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of respondent No.4 - Station- House Officer, Saidabad Police Station, Hyderabad, in not acting upon her complaint dated 10.08'2023, as illegal and unconstitutional.

2. As per the written instructions received by the learned Assistant Govbrnment Pleader for Home, General Diary entry was made on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner; in the enquiry, it was revealed that the dispute between the petitioner and the alleged accused is purely civil in nature, as such, the complaint of the petitioner was closed as 'civil in nature'; and the petitioner was advised to pursue the civil remedies.

3. A copy of the written instructions along with the closure report is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. ln view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and the writ petition is, accordingly' disposed of' The petitioner is given liberty to pursue appropriate remedy if aggrieved by the closure report. No order as to costs.
