HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 38204 of 2015 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned orders dated 17.11.2015 of the second respondent transferring the petitioners from the Composite Hospital, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad to 223rd Battalion at Dantewada, Chattisgarh basing on the anonymous complaint. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of filing of a subsequent Writ Petition consequent to another order of transfer, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
