Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.44.66 cents in R.S.No.66/4 of Jaggishettygudem Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District. He made an application for mutation of his name in the revenue records through online web portal and receipt was issued on 14.02.2018 to that extent. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioner claimed to have already submitted application and receipt of which is enclosed as Ex.P1, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the Tahsildar, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District, to consider the claim of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
