HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1726 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuant to the remand order passed by the 2nd respondent in Appeal Case No.D/5215/2012 dated 14.03.2016, the 1st respondent is not effecting mutation in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.02 guntas in Sy.No.167 situated in Alirajpet, Jagadevpur Mandal Medak District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced copy of the endorsement dated 27.01.2017 issued by the 1st respondent, in pursuant to the remand order passed by the 2nd respondent stating that enquiry has been conducted and found that the subject land has already been transferred into other's name basing on the registered documents and petitioner has to approach appropriate forum to redress her grievance.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 27.01.2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 09.02.2017 dv
