Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (A.P.) appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4, Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3, and Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.3 herein on 13.03.2018 but no action has been taken on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 herein to take appropriate action on the said representation. 3.

Having regard to the nature of controversy and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to verify the representation, dated 13.03.2018, said to have been made by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action as per law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
