HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8287 of 2017 ORDER:

The allegation of the petitioner in the writ petition is that respondent No.3 is occupying public road and making construction and, thereby, preventing free passage of public. Bringing this aspect to the notice of the respondent No.2, petitioner claims to have made a representation dated 18.02.2017 to take necessary action.

Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, submits that necessary action would be taken, if the allegations of the petitioner are found to be true.

Recording the submission of Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2017, if the complaint of the petitioner is found to be true, and necessary action be taken against respondent No.3 in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
