ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A2 to A4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.104 of 2017 on the file of Mahaboobnagar (R) Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
