Heard Mr.Priya Veer Kapur, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Surender, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Central Bureau of Investigation, Hyderabad. 2.
This criminal petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.12 of 2013 qua the petitioner. 3.
Today, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that petitioner would like to withdraw the criminal petition and pursue his remedy in accordance with law. 4.
In view of above, criminal petition is dismissed on withdrawal. However, we make it clear that court has not expressed any opinion on merit and all contentions are kept open.
