This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 challenging the judgment and award, dated 28.02.2014, passed in M.V.O.P.No.981 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (II Additional District Judge (FTC)) at Nizamabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
