Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the investigation shall be continued till reached its logical end. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the Police of Ongole Taluka Police Station, Prakasam District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
