THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3252 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused seeking relaxation of condition of depositing title deeds imposed in the order dated 14.03.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1187 of 2019 by the learned III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

In the circumstances narrated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by the Court below in the impugned order regarding the furnishing of sureties supported by title deeds is modified as follows:- "The petitioners shall furnish the personal bonds to a tune of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each, who belong to Hyderabad. Similarly, the petitioners shall also furnish the rent receipts and also declaration from their landlord at Mumbai. The petitioners are further directed to deposit the FDRs drawn in their names to a tune of Rs.50,000/- each." Other conditions imposed in the said order remain unaltered.

4. With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
