ORDER:

The petitioner, who is the resident of Adusumalli Village, Parchur Mandal, Prakasam District, filed this writ petition with the grievance that his representation made to respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the encroachments of the Village tank situated by the side of Parchur main road is not being considered and appropriate action has not been taken.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that the said respondents have not received any representation as claimed by the petitioner. However, since the grievance expressed by the petitioner is serious in nature as a water body has been allegedly encroached upon and constructions are made, respondent No.2 is directed to bestow his personal attention and initiate an urgent action, if he found that the tank is encroached upon by the encroachers and constructions are made. Action taken by him shall be intimated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49854 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 02nd December, 2015 GHN
