This Writ Petition was filed for the following relief. "To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in rendering necessary assistance to protect the possession of the petitioner in respect of Ac.37.52 cents of dry land in Ac.6.08 cents in Survey No.32/3 of Akkacheruvupadu village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, in terms of the decree and judgment in OS No.1069 of 2004 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil judge, Nellore, dated 18.01.2012 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to extend necessary protection to the petitioner to protect her possession and enjoyment of the above extent of land."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute is settled before the Lok Adalat and, in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
