This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 25.6.2012 in M.P. No.297 of 2010 in F.C.O.P. No.807 of 2009 on the file of the Family Court-cum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal revision case has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
