THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.33063 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents to recognize the petitioner as a hereditary trustee of (1) Sri Kalugola Sambhavi Temple, (2) Sri Malleswara Swamy Temple, and (3) Sri Lakshmikantha Swamy Temple, Kavali Town as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 04.8.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
