Ms.Madhavi Latha, learned counsel representing Mr.Ch.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 08.02.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.4706 of 2016 in W.P.No.3862 of 2016, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. 2.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
