This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is filed seeking a direction to the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to dispose of O.P.No.194 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the circular instructions issued by the High Court to the Subordinate Courts to give priority of hearing to pre-2012 matters, the request of the petitioner cannot be entertained at this stage. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
