THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8504 of 2009 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 15.12.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.24536 of 2008 and batch. The concluding paragraph of the said order is as follows: "....In that view of the matter, the respective agencies viz., the Central Government, APCOB and NABARD shall ensure that the respective applications of the PACSs are processed strictly in accordance with the Scheme notified by the Central Government and they be intimated of the amount sanctioned by determining the eligible members and their respective amounts, if already have not been processed pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court in the Writ Petitions keeping in view of the above observations. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of."

Hence, following the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
