THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1103 of 2012 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order dated 26.11.2011 passed in M.C.No.172 of 2008 by the Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. The petitioner claiming that she is the second wife of the 1st respondent, filed the above M.C. seeking maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month from the 1st respondent.

The Family Court after considering the oral and documentary evidence viz., P.Ws.1 and 2 and Exs.P1 to P9 and R.W.1, dismissed the above M.C. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed this revision.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. From the material on record and the order under revision, it is obvious that the petitioner is not the legally wedded wife of the 1st respondent and the marriage of the 1st respondent with his first wife is subsisting. Further, it is obvious that earlier to the alleged marriage with the 1st respondent, the petitioner married one Peddy Reddy and her marriage with the said Peddy Reddy is also in subsistence. In these circumstances, the learned Judge of the Family Court dismissed the above M.C.

5. Considering the evidence of the petitioner, other material available on record and the findings of the trial Court, this Court is of the view that the order of the trial Court does not warrant any interference by this Court.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand dismissed.
