Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chinthapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

In this writ petition, petitioner has questioned the action of respondent No.5 in not granting/renewing his license as a commission agent and insisting upon fulfilment of conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.57, Agriculture and Cooperation (AM-II) Department, dated 12.10.2015, by issuing a common notice, dated 30.10.2015, in Rc.No.384/2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 stated that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the order, dated 02.12.2015, in W.P.No.39011 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ petition is also allowed, and respondent No.5 is directed to consider the petitioner's application for grant/renewal of commission agent license without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57, Agriculture and Cooperation (AM-II) Department, dated 12.10.2015, but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department, dated 06.04.1994, and communicate its decision to the petitioner within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
