Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. A show cause notice dt.06.12.2014 had been issued by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner on the basis of a report of the Deputy Tahsildar (Enforcement), Kalwakurthy alleging certain irregularities against the petitioner, who is a fair price shop dealer of shop No.40 of Kotra village of Veldanda Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. Petitioner submitted his explanation to the same. On 30.09.2015, the impugned order has been passed by the 2nd respondent suspending the petitioner's authorization pending enquiry.

3. The petitioner assails the said order on the ground that in respect of allegations of the year 2014, suspension order has been passed now. He also states that till August, 2015, petitioner was allotted essential commodities for distribution and when he filed W.P.No.33364 of 2015 seeking a direction to the respondents to allot him essential commodities as long as his authorization is in force, on 30.09.2015 the 2nd respondent passed the impugned order suspending the petitioner's authorization.

4. The impugned order indicates that prima facie material has been found against the petitioner warranting an enquiry against him.

5. In this view of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner after complying the principles of natural justice and pass appropriate order therein on or before 30.12.2015. It is made clear that no opinion is being expressed on the merits of the allegations made against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
