HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No. 10187 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present application came to be filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents for production of the detenu by name Dulla Anjali, D/ o. Dulla Srinivas Rao before this Court, declare her detention as illegal, and set her free. 2.

The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition show that the respondents are said to have detained the said Dulla Anjali in their custody, as her proposed marriage with the writ petitioner was not to the liking of the respondents. 3.

When the matter came up for hearing, it is stated that the detenu is now in the custody of the writ petitioner. 4.

Having regard to the above, we feel that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the admission stage.
