CVNR, J CRP 479/2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed questioning the prohibitory order issued to the garnishee for attaching the retirement benefits except provident fund and gratuity, subject to Section 60 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. As the said order is interim in nature, I do not find any reason to entertain this civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed without adjudicating on the validity or otherwise of the order under revision, with liberty to the petitioner to seek vacation of the said order by filing an appropriate application before the lower Court.
