This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting construction permission and approval for the construction of a building in Plot No.1037 in Survey No.44/1 of Mathrusri Cooperative housing Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant building permission duly considering the application.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the subject matter of the present writ

petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25-08-2014 in WPMP.No.28807 of 2014 in W.P.No.22983 of 2014, which is not disputed by Dr. Y. Padmavathi, learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent Corporation.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 2508-2014 in WPMP.No.28807 of 2014 in W.P.No.22983 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
