THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.39605 OF 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 24.04.2012 in O.A.No.4018 of 2009 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, "the Tribunal").

2. The applicant/respondent herein filed the aforementioned Original Application before the Tribunal to declare the action of the respondents therein in treating and appointing the applicant/respondent herein to the post of Lab Technician Grade-II as contract appointment instead of regular appointment, though he was appointed under the backlog vacancies meant for Scheduled Castes, as illegal and arbitrary, consequently declare that the applicant's appointment as Lab Technician Grade-II under backlog vacancy meant for Scheduled Castes is made on regular basis and convert the applicant's appointment as regular appointment as was done in case of similarly placed persons and further grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that pursuant to the direction given by the Tribunal, the order of the Tribunal has been implemented vide proceedings in R.C.No.4018/E4/2015, dated 05.06.2015, and hence, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if
