HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION 7973 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is given liberty to pursue the remedies available under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

3. Interim order granted by this Court on 6.4.2015 is vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
