ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims to have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation as Senior Assistant in April, 2005. According to petitioner, he has undergone surgery and claiming reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by him and has submitted representations on 7.2.2017 and 3.3.2017. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in disposing of the said representations, this writ petition is filed. Having regard to these facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of petitioner dated 7.2.2017 and 3.3.2017 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. Miscellaneous applications pending in all these writ petitions shall also stand closed.
