This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.316 of 2011 on the file of the Court of VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 11.09.2017 before the Registry. 3.

Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
