The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.3 to receive the petitioner's complaint and take all the legal steps forthwith according to law and file the appropriate report as early as possible. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.528 of 2017 of Malkajgiri Police Station was registered.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
