ln view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.07.201 9 in Crl.P.No.3255 of 2019, is hereby modified, directing the petitioners/A1 and 42 to report before the Station House Officer, Bomraspet Mandal Police Station, Vikarabad District, on first Saturday of every month between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM., till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, instead of every Wednesday and Saturday. Accordingly, LA., is ordered.
