Sri Dr. Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous in view of the arrest of the petitioner by the concerned police and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
