HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.845 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging nonimplementation of the order in W.P.No.37972 of 2014 dated 21.09.2016.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 28.02.2018 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law challenging the proceedings dated 28.02.2018 but the contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded with.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
