HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 65 of 2010 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 28.12.2009 recognizing the list of Zonal office bearers, District Officers Bearers and Taluk Office bearers, given by the 3rd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently declare that the 2nd respondent is not entitled to recognize the office bearers without conducting any elections at zonal, district and talukq levels. At the time of hearing, Sri K. Kirthi Teja, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore sought for dismissal of the same.
