No representation for petitioner.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not investigating the alleged land grabbing and creation of documents while disposing of representation dated 01.05.2012, 25.05.2012 and 22.11.2012, as illegal and arbitrary. The Assistant Government Pleader basing on written instructions dated 04.07.2013 submits that the representations referred to in the writ prayer were not received by respondent No.3. A private complaint was filed and on the order of the learned Magistrate, Crime No.123 of 2012 was registered under Sections 323,447 and 448, 506 read with 34 IPC.

The said crime was also subsequently closed as false and civil in nature. In view of the above developments, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.
