HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11814 of 2014 ORDER :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.452 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420 and 506 IPC.
2) A-1 is representing by A-2 present and the General Power of Attorney (G.P.A.) executed in favour of A-2 authorizing A-1, since duly impugned under Section 18 of the Stamp Act (for short "the Act") by the District Registrar. Permission is accorded to represent and A-3 present and on behalf of the de fact -complainant, her father by name D.Venkata Harish present and permission to represent through G.P.A. ordered as the G.P.A. is duly impounded by the District Registrar under Section 18 of the Act and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences.
Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise.
3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating C.C.No.452 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
