CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.34935 of 2015 Dt: 05.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the order of District Forum-II, Hyderabad dt: 31-10-2014 passed in C.C.No.175/2010 as illegal, arbitrary and exceeding its jurisdiction and consequently set aside the notice received on 15-10-2015 which is posted on 30-10-2015 for compliance and appearance before DF-II, Hyderabad filed under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act by the Respondent No.3 pending disposal of the FASR No.90/2015."
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution.
