THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8545 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st respondent i.e., the Commissioner of Endowments, State of Telangana, Boggulakunta, Tilak Road, Abids, Hyderabad in not giving the petitioner a posting as Junior Assistant in an institution capable of paying his salaries."

2. Heard Sri M.Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.3.

3. When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 04.12.2015 to the 1st respondent-Commissioner and no orders have been passed on the said representation. It is further requested by learned counsel for the petitioner that the 1st respondent-Commissioner may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by other side.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 04.12.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
