When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Labour that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common judgment of this Court in W.A.No.188 of 2015 and batch, dated 06.08.2015 and therefore, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Following the said common judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
