HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12105 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the respondents has submitted that the services of the petitioners were discontinued, and in those circumstances, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition, and that this Court while admitting the writ petition, directed the respondents to continue the petitioners in service as long as work exists, vide orders dated 26.06.2003 in WPMP No.15057 of 2003.

In view of the interim orders granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
