Karri Sudhakara Reddy, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20794 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners' property.
Now, respondent No.5 filed a counter-affidavit stating that its officials never went to the property of the petitioners at any time, much less on 19.06.2017 and never put any markings as stated by the petitioners. It is also stated that there is no proposal for constructing any drains by the Gram Panchayat. In view of the statement made in the counter-affidavit, it appears that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension. Hence, no orders are necessary except recording the statement made by respondent No.5.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:12.09.2017 kdl
