HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.13287 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents to accord protection to the petitioners from antisocial elements and directing the 4th respondent to settle the matters along with its depositors amicably and such other orders.

Having regard to the fact that the writ petition is an old matter of the year 2009, this Court on 21.08.2018, directed the petitioners to ascertain whether cause in the writ petition still survives to pass any order on merits. Today when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. In that view, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
