The Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy and The Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.K.Jaiswal Writ Petition No.3708 of 2016 Date: 19.02.2016 Between:

Staff Selection Commission and 3 others .. Petitioners and Muttavarapu Ashok and another .. Respondents Counsel for the petitioners : Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, Asst. Solicitor General Counsel for respondent No.1: Mr.A.Rajendra Babu The Court made the following:

Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri CVNR, J) This Writ Petition is filed by the Union of India

and other functionaries, feeling aggrieved by Order, dated 14-08-2015, in O.A.No.1516 of 2014 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal Bench at Hyderabad.

Respondent No.1 filed the above-mentioned OA assailing the action of the petitioners in awarding zero marks in Paper I (Quantitative Abilities) of Tier-II of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2013, on the ground that he has left out three out of seven digits of hall ticket number on the answer sheet. Apart from other reasons, the Tribunal has relied upon its own Order, dated 22.07.2015, in OA.No.892 of 2015 whereunder a similarly situated person was granted the relief as claimed by respondent No.1 in O.A.No.1516 of 2014.

Mr.A.Rajendra Babu, learned Counsel for respondent No.1, has submitted that Order, dated 2207-2015, in OA.No.892 of 2015 was confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court by Order, dated 18-112015, in WP.No.28874 of 2015. He has placed a copy of the said order before us.

Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners, fairly submitted that the above-mentioned Order in

OA.No.892 of 2015 was confirmed in WP.No.28874 of 2015.

In the light of the above facts, we do not find any merit in this Writ Petition and following the Order, dated 18.11.2015, in WP.No.28874 of 2015, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.4736 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) _______________ (M.S.K.Jaiswal, J) Dt: 19th February, 2016 lur
