THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.10234 of 2018 ORDER::

The case of the petitioner is that he is entitled for higher pension @ Rs.4,534/- consequent upon deduction of 10% of his salary towards Employees Pension Scheme, 1995.

The grievance of the petitioner is that consequent upon on his retirement, as Driver from the respondent-Corporation, he has not been paid the higher pension as per the Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 and his representation dated 27-12-2017 made to respondents 1 and 2 in that behalf is pending till date without any orders being passed thereon. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner relates only to non disposal of the representation made by him, suffice it direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
