Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2009 as arbitrary, illegal, biased, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice, besides violative of the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to issue Pattadar Pass Book and title deeds to an extent of Acs.3.06 gts of land covered by Sy.No.182/A and Sy.No.182/AA of Mogilipaka Village, Valigonda Mandal, Nalgonda District" 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation on 13.02.2009 before the 2nd respondent - District Collector, seeking deletion of her husband's name, which was entered in the Pattadar Passbooks, and to enter her name in the passbooks.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that subsequent to the representation made, the 5th respondent -
CPK,J WP_28753_2013 Tahsildar, issued a notice on 18.03.2013 calling for the objections and to appear before him on 25.03.2013.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a notice was issued on 18.03.2013, no orders are passed till date.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the 5th respondent - Tahsildar shall pass appropriate orders, if no orders are passed pursuant to the notice dated 18.03.2013, till date, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and also the aggrieved persons, if any, in accordance with law.
