THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN C.R.P.No.3209 of 2017 ORDER:

The revision petition arises out of the dismissal of an application to send the suit promissory note for examination by a handwriting expert.

2. Heard Mr. Ghantasala Udaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The plaintiff has already examined three witness on his side. The defendant has also examined himself as DW.1. It is at this stage that the defendant filed an application for sending the suit promissory note for examination by a handwriting expert.

4. Finding that it was a belated attempt and that too on the basis of a signature found in the temporary household card, the trial Court dismissed the application.

5. I find no irregularity or illegality in the order of the trial Court. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN 7th July, 2017 Js.
